51例新生儿流行性感冒的临床特征分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment of hospitalized neonates with influenza.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of neonates with influenza hospitalized at Women&infants Hospital of Zhengzhou from October 2018 to March 2025.Results Among the 51 cases,32 were infected with influenza A virus(IAV)and 19 with influenza B virus(IBV).The majority of infections occurred in neonates older than 14 days(80.4％),with a seasonal predominance in winter(80.4％).The most common clinical manifestations were fever(78.4％)and cough(62.7％),while gastrointestinal symptoms were rare(3 cases of poor appetite,1 case of vomi-ting).Over half of the patients had normal white blood cell counts(62.7％),while33.3％exhibited decreased white blood cell counts.Some cases were complicated by bacterial(21.6％)or other viral infections(13.7％).All 51 neonates improved or recovered after treatment,with no deaths.Compared with the IBV group,the IAV group exhibited a significantly higher proportion of patients with fever(P=0.002)and a greater incidence of pneumonia(P=0.007).In contrast,the IBV group showed a higher prevalence of cough than the IAV group(P=0.015).Conclusion Neonatal influenza predominantly affects neonates older than 14 days,with a higher incidence in winter.IAV-infected neonates are more prone to fever and carry an elevated risk of pneumonia.关键词
