广西地区放射科护士辐射防护知识认知现状及其影响因素研究
Study on status situation and influencing factors of radiation protection knowledge of radiology nurses in Guangxi

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of radiation protection knowledge among radiology nurses in Guangxi,and to assess their training preferences,so as to provide a basis for the development of targeted educational strategies.Methods 226 radiology nurses from member institutions of the Guangxi Nursing Association were selected as research subjects between June and August 2024.A self-developed radiation protection knowledge scale was administered to investigate and analyze the current status and influencing factors of radiation protection knowledge among radiology nurses.Results The mean score for radiation protection knowledge was(121.96±26.32)points,which was at a moderate level.Hospital grade and whether they received adequate radiation protection education were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).Online learning was the most preferred training format(82.74％).Conclusion While radiology nurses generally possess a good level of radiation protection knowledge,further improvement is needed.A standardized,flexible training model that integrates online and offline modalities is recommended to enhance participation and effectiveness.关键词
