Abstract

In order to investigate the characteristics and sources of water-soluble inorganic ions in PM2.5 in the heating season of Changji city.The characteristics of PM2.5 and its water-soluble inorganic ion components were analyzed by using the continuous monitoring data of the component station of Changji municipal government center in 2023 heating season,and the positive definite matrix factor model was used to analyze the sources of water-soluble inorganic ions in PM2.5.The results showed that the total concentration of water-soluble ions in PM2.5 was 29.58 µg/m3,it accounts for 41.5%of the PM2.5 concentration.The total proportion of NO3-,SO42-,and NH4+ions in the total water-soluble ions was about 84.7%.With the increase of PM2.5 level,the concentration of secondary ions increased significantly.During the 2023 heating season,the PM2.5 in the atmosphere of Changji City was alkaline,and the alkalinity decreases with the increase of PM2.5 level.The contribution of fixed sources to air pollution exceeds that of mobile sources,when the grade of PM2.5 was level Ⅱ or above.There were strong secondary transformation characteristics in the atmosphere in heating season,and the higher the PM2.5 level,the more obvious the secondary transformation characteristics.The main sources of water-soluble inorganic ions in PM2.5 during the heating season in Changji City were dust sources,secondary sources,industrial sources and combustion sources in descending order according to their contribution.When PM2.5 was at Level I or II,the contribution rate of dust sources was the highest,while when PM2.5 was at Level Ⅲ or Ⅳ,the contribution rate of secondary sources was the highest.
