摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the use of non-compliant wastewater from a certain coking enterprise in Xinjiang for coke quenching as the research object.By analyzing the pollutant migration mechanism of the wet coke quenching process,the virtual treatment cost method is adopted to quantify the value of atmospheric environmental damage.The study comprehensively considers factors such as the harmfulness of pollutants,the distribution of sensitive points,the degree of over-standard,regional environmental functions and coke production output,revealing the limitations of this method,and proposing suggestions for technical optimization and management improvement,which providing a reference for improving the atmospheric environmental damage identification and evaluation system.关键词
