Abstract
To address the issue of the significant noise and body vibration that occurred during the production and operation of the two gas-gas heat exchangers E101A/B in a certain device.By deploying sound intensity and vibration sensors at multiple points,the location of noise sources and the distribution characteristics of sound intensity were identified,and the response law of structural vibration and its dominant frequency were clarified.The construction of a cylindrical acoustic resonance experimental platform was undertaken to investigate the influence of flow velocity on acoustic resonance.The results indicate that acoustic resonance is a feature of the heat exchanger shell process.In conjunction with structural vibration,the vibration eigenfrequency is concentrated at fb,and the vibration acceleration can reach 7.5 m/s2.It has been determined that the presence of gas will stimulate the acoustic resonance in the chamber when a specific flow rate is employed during experimentation.The research results can provide references for the determination of acoustic resonance and engineering design of heat exchangers.关键词
