Abstract
Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization represents the latest achievement in the sinicization and modernization of Marxist thought on the relationship between humans and nature,providing fundamental principles and scientific guidance for the green and low-carbon transformation of China's oil and petrochemical industry.Anchored in the core tenets of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization,this paper analyzes the guiding value of this ideology in correctly understanding and managing the relationship between development and environmental protection within the oil and petrochemical sector.Using the China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)Research Institute of Safety&Environment Technology(hereinafter CNPC RISE)as a case study,it elaborates on the technological innovation pathways in areas such as drilling solid waste prevention and control,wastewater resource utilization,methane emission control,and the remediation of contaminated sites.The paper presents a comprehensive practice from technology research and development to the commercialization and industrial application of outcomes.Furthermore,it summarizes the distinct"demand-driven,industry-academia-research collaboration,and result implementation"mechanism of CNPC RISE's green transformation,offering a referential model for technological innovation and application.This model provides valuable insights for the oil and petrochemical industry in achieving ecological civilization goals and promoting sustainable development.关键词
