摘要
Abstract
To explore how central energy enterprises can establish an ecological and environmental governance system commensurate with world-class enterprises,and additionally provide a theoretical framework and practical guidance for corporate green transformation and high-quality development,this study investigates current conditions and trends in ecological and environmental governance both domestically and internationally.By drawing on the experience of leading companies,it defines key structures and outlines a framework,ultimately constructing a multidimensional ecological and environmental governance framework and indicator system for world-class enterprises,covering strategy,organization,and other dimensions.The recommendations proposed in this study offer a systematic development path and evaluation criteria for China's central energy enterprises,helping them integrate ecological civilization concepts into corporate governance,systematically enhance environmental governance capabilities,and drive the transition toward a sustainable development model in line with the requirements of world-class enterprises.关键词
