Abstract
With the growing demand for energy,the oil and gas storage and transportation industry has experienced rapid development in recent years.However,the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)during the storage and operational processes has raised serious environmental concerns and poses risks to public health.As a result,the study of VOC recovery and treatment technologies has become an urgent priority.After extensive research and technical exchanges,combined with on-site application conditions,compared with adsorption,absorption,condensation,membrane separation and other technologies,the hydrocarbon vapor recovery process for crude oil storage tanks is more suitable for the VOCs control needs of oil field production enterprises.This article adopts the hydrocarbon vapor recovery method to carry out comprehensive VOCs control in Jilin Oilfield.The main purpose is to collect and compress the light hydrocarbon components volatilized in the crude oil storage tanks,and then send them to the natural gas pipeline or gas heating furnace at the station to save energy,prevent air pollution,and achieve the purpose of VOCs control in crude oil storage tanks.关键词
