Abstract

Aiming at the leakage management issues in petrochemical pressure-bearing equipment,a statistics of leakage accidents was conducted,and the process and causes of four typical leakage accidents were analyzed,including the flange cover gasket of the feed filter,the mixed gas pipeline at the outlet of the reactor,the crude synthesis gas pipeline and the heat exchange pipe bundle of the reboiler.The main contents of the integrity management of petrochemical equipment were introduced,and four current problems were summarize and solutions were proposed.The results show that leakage accidents are mainly caused by the reasons of equipment and materials themselves and human factors,with the two accounting for more than 80%.The implementation of an equipment integrity management system centered on risk management mainly includes equipment classification management,risk management,process quality management,inspection and testing as well as preventive maintenance,defect management,change management,and equipment KPI management.The equipment failure repair rate has been reduced.From 2018 to 2022,the corrosion leakage times of a thousand static equipment in a certain enterprise reduce from 4.77‰ to 2.77‰.This paper also puts forward specific solutions to the existing problems in pressure-bearing equipment,such as the service life of pressure vessels,the inspection strategy of pressure vessels,the inspection and evaluation of steam pipelines,and the corrosion under insulation.
