石油磺酸盐与土壤质量的剂量-效应关系
Dose-response Relationship between Petroleum Sulfonates and Soil Quality
摘要
Abstract
Taking the commonly used chemical flooding agent petroleum sulfonate as the research subject, this study investigated its effects on biochemical indicators in soil—including catalase and dehydrogenase activities, nitrification potential, microbial protein, and polysaccharide content—as well as on microbial growth characteristics such as microbial population, growth rate, and community structure. The underlying mechanisms were also analyzed. The results reveal a clear dose-response relationship between petroleum sulfonate and the soil ecological environment. With increasing concentration, soil catalase and dehydrogenase activities and nitrification potential initially rose and then declined, demonstrating an overall"low-concentration promotion,high-concentration inhibition"pattern. In contrast, microbial counts, protein, and polysaccharide content first decreased and then increased, showing a"low-concentration inhibition,high-concentration promotion"trend.Additionally, petroleum sulfonate contributed to increased species richness in the soil microbial community. This study on the dose-dependent effects of petroleum sulfonate provides a theoretical basis for its rational use and supports environmental protection in chemical flooding operations.关键词
