Abstract
With prolonged development,scaling issues in the surface facilities of the Shu-1 Block in Liaohe Oilfield have become increasingly severe.Therefore,developing an efficient silicon removal process suitable for the heavy oil produced water in this area can effectively mitigate scaling in the surface system.This study focuses on the high-temperature separated water from the Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage(SAGD)process as the target for silicon removal.Three desilication methods—magnesium-based agent removal,aluminum-based agent removal,and Mechanical Vapor Compression(MVC)—were evaluated for their treatment efficiency.The optimal silicon removal capacities for these three processes were determined to be 1 267.2 mg/L,1 212.7 mg/L,and 1 331 mg/L,respectively.After comprehensively considering the advantages and disadvantages of each method and their potential to alleviate scaling in the Shu-1 surface facilities,the MVC desilication process is recommended.This study provides valuable guidance for addressing scaling challenges in the surface system of the Shu-1 Block,Liaohe Oilfield.关键词
