Abstract
This study presents a comparative analysis of HSE performance between PetroChina and other leading petroleum enterprises,both domestic and international,from 2019 to 2023,using Shell as a key benchmark.By examining Shell's successful HSE management practices and addressing the current challenges and conditions faced by PetroChina,the study proposes strategic improvements in management optimization,risk prevention and control,technology application,and international collaboration.These recommendations aim to facilitate the continuous enhancement of PetroChina's HSE performance and offer valuable insights for HSE management within the global energy industry.关键词
