Abstract
Further deepening reform comprehensively is an inevitable requirement for economic development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period and for achieving the people's goals for a better life.It is also essential for adapting to the profound changes unfolding across the world over the past century and advancing Chinese modernization.The strategic approach to further deepening reform comprehensively during the 15th Five-Year Plan period involves upholding the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the comprehensive leadership of the Party,adhering to the people-centered development philosophy,following the principles of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground as well as systems thinking,focusing on the main line of institution building,emphasizing the two key points of"comprehensiveness"and"deepening",implementing systemic institutional changes,and striving to break through deep-seated institutional obstacles.Anchored in the goal of modernizing governance,the 15th Five-Year Plan period's further deepening of reform comprehensively establishes the three-step development strategy and focused breakthroughs,promotes mechanisms for simultaneous abolition and establishment as well as coordinated progress,opens new paths for reform through great struggles,takes breaking the barriers of entrenched interests as the key,regards promoting high-quality development as an important direction,and aims to stimulate the creative vitality of the entire society.关键词
