Research and application status of green manure overturning equipment

Abstract
With the implementation of national policies and increased emphasis on farmland quality,the mechanization level of green manure production has been continuously improving.Influenced by regional climates and crop rotation systems in domestic green manure cultivation,there is an urgent demand for overturning machinery in key mechanized production processes.This paper reviews the current status of research and application of green manure overturning equipment.Domestic green manure overturning equipment falls into two categories:general-purpose and specialized.The characteristics of general-purpose machinery were compared based on working principles,which can complete green manure overturning but demonstrate suboptimal performance.Specialized machinery designed for specific green manure types shows better performance in aspects like overturning coverage.Foreign green manure overturning equipment features mature technology and mainly consists of large-scale,highly integrated devices,not fully applicable to China's conditions.China has made initial progress in green manure overturning equipment development,with future trends pointing towards adaptation to diverse planting environments,simplified operation,enhanced efficiency,and broader adaptability.Developing green manure overturning equipment suitable for China's national conditions is crucial for promoting large-scale green manure cultivation.This requires policy system improvements,increased research investment,and upgrading green manure mechanization levels to support the strategic goal of"storing grain in land and technology".关键词
