数字劳动幸福的现实悖论、价值面相与建构理路
The Real Paradox,Value Perspectives,and Construction Logic of Digital Labor Happiness
摘要
Abstract
As the key anchor point of digital labor research,digital labor happiness not only comprehensively reproduces the free and conscious digital labor process of human beings,but also clarifies the value orientation of digital workers to experience the deep happiness of digital labor in a higher sense.However,the pseudo-constructed realm of temporal integration,spatial entanglement,and the unity of production and consumption,which is governed by digital capital,has accelerated the formation of a happiness dilemma characterized by the masking of freedom,dullness of pleasure,and erosion of dignity in digital labor.In the face of the more common and hidden"happiness illusion"suffered by digital workers,it is necessary to clarify the construction of digital labor happiness from the value dimensions of free time,labor leisure and common sharing.Only by highlighting the humanistic logic of digital technology application,reconstructing the subjective status of digital workers,and creating a digital community of co-creation and sharing,can we promote the display of digital labor happiness as a beautiful picture of the true return of human nature and the unity of harvest happiness.关键词
