The Triple Transmutation of Value Creation Boundaries in the Digital Economy:An Interpretation Based on Das Kapital and Its Manuscripts

Abstract
Digital technology is profoundly reshaping the global economic structure and social production relations.Within the critical framework of political economy derived from Das Kapital and its manuscripts,it is observed that digital capital leverages technological reorganization to drive a triple transformation of value creation boundaries:On the boundary of the subject,algorithmic control redefines labor's subjective boundary by quantifying work into data,thereby obscuring the nature of living labor as the sole source of value.On the boundary of time and space,digital capital intensifies exploitation by fragmenting time to extract absolute surplus value from daily life,while leveraging global networks to accelerate the extraction of relative surplus value.On the boundary of property rights,the privatization of public data creates a digital enclosure,fueling speculative bubbles and a digital fetishism that undermines the real foundations of value creation.In response to the technological alienation and institutional paradoxes engendered by digital capital,it is imperative—under the strategic guidance of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee in improving the policy system for digital industrialization and industrial digitization—to establish a socialized governance system for data factors,strengthen regulation and oversight of algorithmic power,and promote a dialectical unity between technological rationality and humanistic values,as well as between efficiency gains and equity justice.Such efforts will provide institutional safeguards for the development of new quality productive forces and the advancement of digital civilization.关键词
