Abstract

Innovating the food supply and demand matching mechanism is a realistic need to alleviate the tight balance between food supply and demand in China at this stage and reduce the risks and hidden dangers of localized regional food supply,and it is also a necessary measure to smooth the domestic food cycle and enhance the resilience of the food supply chain.Based on the practice of food transactions and the advantages of blockchain technology,the food supply and demand matching mechanism based on blockchain is constructed,focusing on the construction of a normalized element expression for multi-source heterogeneous food supply and demand data,designing a food supply and demand matching algorithm based on the similarity degree of the elements,and giving the key steps for the implementation of the algorithm's smart contract.Finally,the scientificity and effectiveness of the matching mechanism were verified through a numerical example.The food supply and demand matching mechanism based on blockchain not only provides a standardized semantic and structural expression of food supply and demand data,but also effectively solves the problem of food supply and demand matching caused by factors such as time,geographic factors and information asymmetry,etc.At the same time,through the automatic execution and dynamic adjustment of the smart contract,a credible state can be achieved without the participation of a third party to achieve the efficient docking of food supply and demand transactions.Simulation tests show that the grain supply and demand matching mechanism based on blockchain can significantly improve the matching efficiency.The average matching time for each order is 1.2 s,and it can handle approximately 2 250 supply and demand information sheets simultaneously,reducing the time cost of matching decisions.
