Analysis of Common Problems in Toothpaste Product Names Identified in Facilitated Filings in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This study aims to analyze common problems related to product names identified in facilitated filings of toothpaste products in Guangdong Province,and to provide references for further standardizing toothpaste naming practices and regulatory filing work,thereby promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the toothpaste industry.Methods:Toothpaste filing materials submitted through the online filing system of Guangdong Province from October 1 to November 30,2023 were analyzed.Common problems related to product names in facilitated filings were summarized and analyzed,and corresponding recommendations were proposed.Results:Problems in toothpaste product names primarily face issues concerning completeness,non-compliant claims,and lack of standardization.Conclusion:It is recommended to standardize toothpaste product naming through strengthening enterprises'regulatory awareness,implementing subject responsibility,improving the regulatory framework,unifying review standards,introducing multi-stakeholder participation,and establishing a social co-governance system,so as to promote the high-quality and healthy development of the toothpaste industry.关键词
