超声全息血管硬度分析定量参数对短暂性脑缺血发作患者短期预后的预测价值
The predictive value of quantitative parameters of ultrasound holographic vascular hardness analysis for short-term prognosis of patients with transient ischemic attack

Abstract
Objective:To explore the predictive value of quantitative parameters of ultrasound holographic vascular hardness analysis for short-term prognosis of patients with transient ischemic attack.Method:A total of 291 TIA patients from January 2020 to June 2024 were collected as the TIA group.A total of 291 subjects who underwent healthy physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The changes in carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),common carotid artery systolic diameter(Diam)and diameter(Dist),pulse wave velocity(PWV),and hardness coefficient(HC)of two groups of subjects were observed.The sensitivity,specificity,area under the curve(AUC),and 95%CI of predicting short-term progression to cerebral infarction in TIA patients were calculated using the receiver operating curve(ROC)of ultrasound holographic vascular hardness analysis quantitative parameters.Results:During the follow-up process of 291 patients,99 endpoint events occurred,with an incidence rate of 34.02%;Among them,there were 81 cases of recurrent TIA,accounting for 81.82%;18 cases progressed to cerebral infarction or died,accounting for 18.18%.There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,hypertension,diabetes,and coronary heart disease between TIA patients in the endpoint event and TIA patients in the non endpoint event(P>0.05).IMT,Diam,PWV,HC in TIA patients in the endpoint event were significantly higher than those in TIA patients in the non endpoint event,and Dist was lower than those in patients in the non endpoint event,with significant differences(P<0.05).The AUC values for predicting endpoint events in TIA patients using IMT,Diam,Dist,PWV,and HC were 0.695,0.723,0.793,0.809,0.878,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and AUC of the combined detection of five indicators are higher than those of individual detection.Conclusion:The short-term prognosis of TIA patients is related to the quantitative parameters of ultrasound holographic vascular hardness analysis.The combined detection of multiple quantitative parameters in ultrasound holographic vascular hardness analysis has high predictive value for the short-term prognosis of TIA patients.关键词
