Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of CT perfusion imaging combined with serum visinin-like protein-1(VILIP-1),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in predicting the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:One hundred and nine patients with ACI(ACI group)who were admitted to our hospital between June 2021 and June 2024,and 56 healthy volunteers(control group)who had physical exams at our hospital during the same time period served as the research participants. They were split into groups with excellent and poor prognoses based on the life ability score scale(MRS).Serum VILIP-1,NSE,and NLR levels as well as CT perfusion imaging characteristics were compared across groups. The value of each parameter in the prognosis of ACI patients,as well as the factors influencing their prognosis, were examined using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results:Of the 109 patients with ACI,26 had poor prognosis.Serum VILIP-1,NSE,and NLR levels were higher in the ACI group than in the control group(P<0.05).The cerebral blood flow(CBF)and cerebral blood volume(CBV)were lower in the poor prognosis group than in the good prognosis group, and the levels of serum VILIP-1,NSE,and NLR were greater in the former(P<0.05).CBF,CBV,serum VILIP-1,NSE,and NLR levels were all factors influencing the prognosis of ACI patients, according to multivariate Logistic regression analysis(P<0.05).In predicting the prognosis of patients with ACI,the area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity, and specificity of CT perfusion imaging in conjunction with serum VILIP-1,NSE,and NLR were 0.962,92.3%,and 92.8%,respectively,according to ROC data. Conclusion:The levels of CBF and CBV decreased, and VILIP-1,NSE and NLR levels increased in ACI patients.Combined detection can effectively predict the prognosis of ACI patients.关键词
