产粮大县奖励政策能提高农户种粮积极性吗?——兼论农业机械和灌溉面积的影响机制
Can the reward policy for grain producing counties improve farmers'enthusiasm for growing crops?Discussion on the impact mechanism of agricultural machinery and irrigation area

Abstract
The enthusiasm of farmers'grain planting is directly related to the national food security,and improving the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain is an important measure to ensure the national security.In this context,based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China's major grain producing areas and non-major producing areas from 2000 to 2021,the double difference method was used to analyze the impact of the incentive policy of major grain-producing counties on farmers'enthusiasm for growing grain.The study results show that the incentive policies in major grain-producing counties have significantly enhanced farmers'willingness,grain planting efficiency and grain yield benefits.In terms of the policy's time effect,the effect began to emerge in the fourth year of the implementation of the reward policy for major grain-producing counties,and the long-term effect gradually strengthened.From the perspective of heterogeneous results,the reward policy for major grain-producing counties has a stronger promoting effect on the enthusiasm of northern farmers for growing grain.From the perspective of the result of the influencing mechanism,the reward policy for major grain-producing counties can increase the farmers'enthusiasm for growing grain by increasing the irrigated area and the total power of agricultural machinery.Based on this,it is proposed to refine the policy subsidy standards and strengthen policy supervision and evaluation.Differentiated policy support should be adopted for different major grain-producing areas.The key directions of policy support should be clarified,so as to enhance the effectiveness of supporting and benefiting agriculture.关键词
