农林高校"一体两翼"专业学位硕士研究生产教综合体建设与实践
Research on the construction and practice of production education integrated system for master's degree programs in the"One Body,Two Wings"of agricultural and forestry universities
摘要
Abstract
In response to the current dilemma of insufficient integration depth and unclear focus in the process of collaborative education between industry and education,a"one body,two wings"professional master's degree research production education complex construction plan is proposed.Through the joint construction of"school enterprise"and"enterprise colonel"by both industry and education,the traditional practice base has been extended in form and connotation;Integrating comprehensive education,party building,and industrial culture into the construction of practical bases,shaping the patriotism and professional interests of graduate students,and inspiring their ideal aspirations to engage in industry and serve agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,thus solving the problems of low retention rate of interns and lack of love for agriculture while studying.A group of agricultural machinery enterprises from the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries have formed a cluster of practice bases to provide students with rich and diverse practical subjects,forming a stable"ecosystem"of practice bases.To promote the all-round development of graduate students through the participation of all staff in the construction of practical courses and the design of practical subjects covering the entire process.The results of this article can provide new ideas for the construction and long-term operation of graduate practice bases.关键词
