摘要

Abstract

Improving agricultural green total factor productivity(AGTFP)is an important way to realize low-carbon and efficient allocation of agricultural resources.Based on the TOE framework,this paper reveals the configuration path of achieving high AGTFP in 30 provinces and cities in China by using DEA,NCA and fsQCA research methods.The results show that:firstly,the single condition and the consistency after negation is lower than 0.9,which does not constitute a necessary condition,and the results are consistent after verification by NCA.Secondly,technical conditions are an important driving force to improve AGTFP,and environmental conditions play the role of"gentle pushing hand".Thirdly,the three driving paths of high AGTFP can be summarized into two driving modes:"multi-driven type"and"technology-driven type",and there is a potential substitution relationship between the two driving paths under the technology-driven mode.Fourthly,the three paths of non-high AGTFP not only highlight the important role of technical conditions in realizing high AGTFP,but also reflect that the absence of government support for agriculture can easily lead to non-high AGTFP.All regions should develop new agricultural productivity according to local conditions,play the role of a promising government,and promote the depth of agricultural organizations and the breadth of agricultural services to enhance AGTFP.
