Theoretical logic and realization path of building a Beautiful China:an analytical framework based on perceptual and cognitive dimensions

Abstract
Building a Beautiful China,an important goal in comprehensively building a modern socialist country and an essential part of realizing the Chinese Dream,not only serves as a crucial engine for advancing China's ecological civilization but also provides a via-ble solution for balancing global ecological and environmental protection and economic development.Based on the logical starting point that building a Beautiful China is to continuously meet the people's aspirations for a better life,this study proposes an analytical frame-work from both perceptual and cognitive dimensions,including the beauty of the natural ecological environment,the beauty of social and economic coordination,the beauty of excellent cultural inculcation,the beauty of orderly governance efficiency,and the beauty of fair and harmonious sharing.Based on this analysis framework,this study systematically explains the theoretical logic of building a Beautiful China from five aspects:development philosophy,development logic,theoretical origins,governance ideas,and fundamental positions.Specifically,the development philosophy systematically deals with the relationship between humanity and nature,the devel-opment logic adheres to the practice of the social-economic-natural composite ecosystem view,the theoretical origins inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional ecological culture of China,the governance ideas are improved to promote the modernization of the na-tional governance system and governance capacity,and the fundamental positions innovate and sublimate the Chinese government's people-oriented concept.Furthermore,this study argues that the construction of a Beautiful China still faces many deep-seated issues and challenges,mainly reflected in the prominent environmental risks in key areas,the arduous task of structural adjustment in econom-ic transformation,the yet-to-be-highlighted cultural attributes of appreciating the beauty of each culture in its own,the shortcomings in the governance system and governance capacity,and the need to improve the initiative of multi-party participation.Finally,this study proposes promotion ideas from the aspects of continuously deepening the battle against pollution,promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of industrial structure,strengthening the innovative development of excellent traditional culture,improving the linkage and collaborative promotion mechanism,and building an effective incentive compatibility system.关键词
