扶正清解合剂治疗正气不足兼痰浊郁热证甲状腺功能亢进症患者的有效性与安全性
Efficacy and Safety of Fuzheng Qingjie Mixture in the Treatment of Patients with Hyperthyroidism and Deficiency of Vital Qi Combined with Phlegm-turbidity and Heat-stagnation Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Qingjie Mixture in the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism and deficiency of vital Qi combined with phlegm-turbidity and heat-stagnation syndrome.Method:A total of 68 patients with hyperthyroidism and deficiency of vital Qi combined with phlegm-turbidity and heat-stagnation syndrome admitted to the Nanping People's Hospital from December 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Thiamazole,while the experimental group was treated with Fuzheng Qingjie Mixture on the basis of the control group.The treatment courses for both groups were three months.The clinical treatment efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,thyroid-stimulating hormone,thyroid hormone levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thyroid stimulating hormone in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the free triiodothyronine and free thyroxine were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Qingjie Mixture is effective in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with deficiency of vital Qi combined with phlegm-turbidity and heat-stagnation syndrome,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and thyroid hormone levels of patients,promote the outcome of the disease,and does not significantly increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
