桑叶采摘试验台设计与试验
Design and experiment of mulberry leaf picking test bench

Abstract
Traditional manual mulberry leaf picking has a high labor intensity.Realizing the automation of mulberry leaf picking is of vital importance in the picking work.The positioning of mulberry branches is a key step in picking process.To improve the efficiency and stability of mulberry leaf collection and positioning,the overall structure of the mulberry leaf picking test bench is designed in combination with the relevant parameters of mulberry branches.The test bench is mainly composed of a conveying device,a positioning and picking device,and an electrical device,achieving the integration of conveying,feeding,positioning and picking.To better analyze the structure and movement parameters affecting mulberry branches during the positioning process,picking experiments were conducted on the test bench.Single-factor experiments were adopted to determine the feeding angle,the walking speed of mulberry branches,and the horizontal movement speed of the cutting tool were the three main factors affecting the picking positioning.Through the two-factor interaction experiments,the optimal parameter combination was obtained as follows:the feeding angle was 100°,the walking speed of mulberry branches was 10 mm/s,the horizontal movement speed of the cutting tool was 54 mm/s,and the positioning rate of mulberry branches reached 93.3%,which further improves the positioning efficiency of mulberry branches and lays the foundation for the design of the prototype of the mulberry leaf picking machine.关键词
