穴位按摩联合贝前列素钠治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined with Beraprost Sodium in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with Beraprost Sodium in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method:A total of 100 patients with DPN admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January to December 2024 were included and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Beraprost Sodium,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes scores,Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)scores,nerve conduction velocity,glucose metabolism status,homocysteine and hemorheological indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of common peroneal nerve in the experimental group were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndromes scores,TCSS scores,and the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,serum homocysteine,high shear viscosity of whole blood,low shear viscosity of whole blood and plasma viscosity in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with Beraprost Sodium in the treatment of DPN can improve clinical effect,increase nerve conduction velocity,and reduce blood glucose levels and plasma viscosity.关键词
