Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Ceftazidime combined with Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)with pneumonia.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 120 children with NRDS with pneumonia admitted to Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group(n=59)was treated with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium for Injection combined with Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection,and the observation group(n=61)was treated with Ceftazidime combined with Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection.The treatment duration was one week.The clinical efficacy,mechanical ventilation time,oxygen therapy time,hospital stay,blood gas indicators,lung injury markers,and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:After one week of treatment,the total effective rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the duration of oxygen therapy,mechanical ventilation,and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group,PaO2 and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)were higher than those in the control group,while surfactant protein-A(SP-A),high mobility group box-1 protein(HMGB-1),Clara cell secreted protein 16(CC-16)levels were lower than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was also lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Ceftazidime and Calf Pulmonary Surfactant for Injection can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications in children with NRDS with pneumonia.关键词
