针刺联合舍曲林辅助经颅磁刺激治疗青少年抑郁的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Sertraline Assisted Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Adolescent Depression

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Sertraline assisted transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of adolescent depression.Method:Ninety adolescent depression patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Huai'an City from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group(with acupuncture combined with Sertraline assisted transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of comprehensive treatment,45 cases)and a control group(with Sertraline assisted transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of comprehensive treatment,45 cases).The changes in clinical symptom scores,neurotransmitter levels,inflammatory factor levels,and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Result:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of anxiety/somatization,blocking,cognitive impairment,sleep disorders,despair,physical function,psychological function,social function,and material living status,as well as the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α between patients in both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had lower scores of anxiety/somatization,blocking,cognitive impairment,sleep disorders,and despair,lower levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α,as well as higher BDNF level and higher scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,and material living status(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Sertraline assisted transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively reduce clinical symptom scores,regulate neurotransmitter levels,lower inflammatory cytokine levels,and improve quality of life in adolescent depression patients.关键词
