Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with conventional rehabilitation training on cognitive impairment and dysphagia after stroke.Method:A total of 125 patients with cognitive impairment and dysphagia after stroke admitted to Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to January 2025 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups by the lottery method. The control group(63 cases)received conventional rehabilitation training, while the observation group(62 cases)underwent high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with conventional rehabilitation training. Both groups received interventions for 2 weeks.Cognitive function, swallowing function, quality of life, degree of neurological impairment, limb function, and serum indicators[serum cone protein-like protein 1(VILIP-1),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),Fibulin-5,neuropeptide Y(NPY)]of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Result:After the intervention, the scores of MoCA and SF-36,as well as the score of Fugl-Meyer assessment of limb motor function(FMA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the standard swallowing assessment(SSA)and NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the serum indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with conventional rehabilitation training for patients with cognitive impairment and dysphagia after stroke can improve their physiological functions, strengthen their swallowing function, alleviate the impact of the disease on their daily life, relieve cognitive impairment, and help patients recover their health as soon as possible.关键词
