Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy combined with Paishi Jiben Formula in patients with ureteral calculi of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with ureteral calculi of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to Huai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2025.They were divided into the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to different treatment plans.The control group received flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,and the experimental group was treated with the Paishi Jiben Formula on this basis,with continuous medication for 2 weeks.The postoperative recovery conditions(time for improvement of hematuria,usage rate of painkillers,stone clearance rate,hospital stay),traditional Chinese medicine syndromes scores,renal function,and complications(urinary tract infection,urine extravasation,low back pain)of the two groups were compared.Result:The improvement time of hematuria in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The usage rate of painkillers in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the stone clearance rate 2 weeks after the operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).One week after the operation,the scores of pollakiuria,acute distension and fullness of the lower abdomen,dysuria with dribbling and urinary urgency in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Two weeks after the operation,the levels of Scr,BUN,cystatin C(Cys C),and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy combined with Paishi Jiben Formula can promote the improvement of postoperative hematuria in patients with ureteral calculi of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,reduce the use of painkillers,increase the stone expulsion rate,shorten the hospital stay,improve renal function and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
