Efficacy and Safety of Roxastat in the Treatment of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients Complicated with Renal Anemia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Roxadustat in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal anemia.Method:A total of 97 maintenance hemodialysis patients complicated with renal anemia at Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2024 were selected.The treatment of these patients was reviewed and they were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=57)according to the intervention methods for anemia.The control group was given Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection,while the observation group was given Roxadustat.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The therapeutic effects,Hb,serum iron,serum ferritin,transferrin saturation,lipid indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hb,serum iron and transferrin saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the serum ferritin was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of Roxadustat in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis complicated with renal anemia can effectively regulate iron metabolism and lipid metabolism,and there are no serious adverse reactions.关键词
