Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and economy of meropenem produced by different manufacturers in the treatment of Gram-negative bacterial infections.Methods A total of 824 patients who were admitted to Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital and used meropenem from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the provincial procurement group,the stone pharmaceutical group and the Meiping group according to different drug manufacturers.After propensity score matching,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)of meropenem produced by different manufacturers was compared,and a sensitivity analysis was conducted.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate among the three groups of drugs.The provincial procurement group had the lowest cost,so it was the most economical.Meiping has the highest cost and is not an economically viable solution.The results of the sensitivity analysis were basically consistent with those of the ICER analysis,indicating that the results of the ICER analysis were relatively reliable.Conclusion The provincial collection of meropenem for the treatment of Gram-negative bacterial infections has more cost-effectiveness advantages.关键词
