Mechanism of Action of Salvia Miltiorrhiza in the Treatment of Metastatic Bone Tumor based on Network Pharmacology

Abstract
Objective To analyze the molecular mechanisms of Salvia miltiorrhiza in inhibiting metastatic bone tumors using network pharmacology,providing a reference for the clinical development of new drugs.Methods The main chemical components and targets of Salvia miltiorrhiza were obtained through the database of Systematic Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCMSP),and its main components and targets were obtained based on the screening criteria of drug-like properties(DL)≥0.18 and biooral availability(OB)≥30%.The main targets of metastatic bone tumors were obtained through the GeneCards,OMIM,TTD and DRUGBANK databases.The intersection targets were obtained using Venny 2.1.0 software.The protein-protein interaction analysis was conducted using the String platform to construct the protein-protein interaction(PPI)network and screen out the key components and targets.The Metascape platform was used to analyze the biological processes and pathways involved in the intersection targets,and the wechat platform was utilized for visualization.Results The core active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the treatment of bone tumors include Danshenone IIA,Tanshinone,and Dehydro-Tanshinone IIA,among others.The core targets include FOS,ESR1,TP53,etc.The biological pathways through which Dan Shen regulates metastatic bone tumors primarily involve cancer pathways,chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation,p53 signaling pathways,and transcriptional dysregulation in cancer.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza inhibits metastatic bone tumors through multiple components,targets and pathways.关键词
