New Agricultural Business Entities Promote Green Development of Agriculture:Influencing Mechanism and Empirical Evidence

Abstract
The new agricultural business entities provide an opportunity for the green development of agriculture.Based on the internal mechanism of new agricultural business entities affecting agricultural green development,selected the data of China's 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities,excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan,and Xizang)from 2013 to 2022,the SBM-GML model was used to measure the level of agricultural green development,and the intermediary adjustment effect model was used to empirically test the impact of new agricultural business entities on agricultural green development.The research showed that:(1)the new agricultural business entities have a significant role in promoting the green development of agriculture.(2)New agricultural management entities promote agricultural green development by improving agricultural science and technology innovation.(3)The increase in the intensity of environmental regulation can help the new agricultural business entities to promote the green development of agriculture,and can also promote the new agricultural business entities to carry out agricultural science and technology innovation.(4)Heterogeneity shows that the promotion effect of new agricultural management entities on agricultural green development mainly exists in the main grain producing areas,while the heterogeneity is not obvious in the major grain marketing areas and the grain production-marketing balanced areas.Therefore,in order to give full play to the driving effect of new agricultural management entities on the green development of agriculture,we should attach importance to the cultivation of new agricultural management entities,strengthen agricultural science and technology innovation,and the intermediary adjustment effect of environmental regulation.关键词
