中药注射液药物不良反应报告分析
Analysis of Adverse Reaction Reports of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

Abstract
Objective To analyze the occurrence pattern of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Karamay,and to provide reference for the safe clinical use of drugs.Methods A total of 662 reports submitted by Karamay City to the national ADR monitoring system from January 1,2007 to December 31,2023 were collected.Referring to the classification evaluation method of the National ADR Monitoring Center,a retrospective study design was adopted,and Excel software was used to analyze the gender,age,ethnicity,drugs and types causing ADR,occurrence time of ADR,involved organs/systems,clinical manifestations,prognosis and correlation evaluation of patients in ADR reports.Results There were 595 general ADRs(89.88%),67 serious ADRs(10.12%),and 127 new ADRs(19.18%).The highest number of ADRs occurred in 2013(30),the highest incidence in 2011(14.07%),the highest incidence of 103 cases(15.56%)with Senna Mai injection,the highest number of ADRs(26.74%)occurring 31~60 min after administration,the highest number of cases involving the skin and accessory organs(43.50%),and the vast majority of them had a better regression(96.83%).Conclusion The incidence of ADR in traditional Chinese medicine injection is related to factors such as the quantity and type of drugs,clinical usage,and special populations.It mainly occurs within 31 to 60 minutes and often affects the skin and accessory organs.It is one of the types of drugs that require high attention in clinical safe medication.关键词
