Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status and development trends in the field of doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity and its prevention/treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods A bibliometric analysis was conducted on 781 publications(449 Chinese and 332 English)from CNKI and WOS core databases(2004-2023)using CiteSpace 6.3R1 software.Results The annual publication output showed an increasing trend.Chinese studies were predominantly conducted by medical universities with limited international collaboration,while Egyptian Knowledge Bank was the most prolific institution in English publications,with China being the top contributing country.Author collaboration exhibited a pattern of intra-team cohesion but inter-team isolation,with SINGAL PK being the most cited author.Research hotspots primarily focused on oxidative stress and apoptosis mechanisms,yielding 10 Chinese and 17 English keyword clusters.Conclusion This field demonstrates steady development,with oxidative stress remaining the core research focus.Emerging mechanisms including inflammatory response,ferroptosis,and mitochondrial dysfunction may represent future research priorities.关键词
