Financial Innovation Empowers the High-quality Development of Agriculture:Stabilizing Fluctuations,Multiple Strategies and Practical Illustrations

Abstract
Financial innovation,as the core engine driving the high-quality development of agriculture,plays an irreplaceable strategic role in stabilizing agricultural cyclical fluctuations and constructing a long-term support mechanism.Taking the pig breeding industry as a breakthrough point,this study systematically deconstructed the formation mechanism of agricultural cyclical fluctuations and the multidimensional causes of enterprise financing difficulties through data analysis and cross-case comparison.The research revealed that the pig cycle is essentially the result of the coupled effect of supply-demand imbalance,market mechanisms,production cycles,policy environment,and other multiple factors,while the financing challenges of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises stem from the interwoven influences of market uncertainty,internal decision-making biases,and distorted investor behavior.Case analyses showed that through the tripartite collaboration of government policy guidance,financial institution service innovation,and enterprise capability building,cyclical fluctuations can be effectively stabilized and industrial upgrading promoted.The research confirmed that constructing a mechanized collaboration model among the three parties is a key path to improving the long-term mechanism of agricultural financial support,holding important practical significance for realizing rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Based on domestic and foreign practical experiences,the study proposes a differentiated countermeasure system:the government needs to establish an agricultural industry chain data platform and improve the policy support framework;financial institutions should innovate the integration model of industry and finance,deepen digital risk control and inclusive services;agricultural enterprises need to enhance their core competitiveness and rationally use tools such as futures and insurance to manage risks.关键词
