活血解毒方湿敷治疗卡瑞利珠单抗致反应性毛细血管增生症临床观察
Huoxue Jiedu Formula Wet Compress on Reactive Cutaneous Capillary Endothelial Proliferation Induced by Camrelizumab
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Jiedu formula wet compress in the treatment of reactive cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation(RCCEP)caused by Camrelizumab.Methods Sixty hospitalized tumor patients who developed RCCEP after receiving treatment with Camrelizumab at Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from August 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with commonly used topical detergents,while the study group was treated with a self-designed Huoxue Jiedu formula through wet compress.The clinical efficacy and Karnofsky score(KPS)of the two groups were compared,and the efficacy of RCCEP patients with different grades in the study group was analyzed.Results After treatment,the KPS score of the study group was higher than that of the pre-treatment and the control group(P<0.05).The remission rate in the study group was 56.67%(17/30),higher than 33.33%(10/30)in the control group(P<0.05).The total effec-tive rate of grade 1 rash was 100.00%(10/10),which was significantly higher than that of grade 2 rash(92.86%,13/14)and grade 3 rash(66.67%,4/6)in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Huoxue Jiedu formula wet compress has a significant therapeutic ef-fect on RCCEP,which can make the liquid medicine act directly on the local skin lesion and reduce the burden of gastrointestinal bur-den,and it is worthy of clinical application research.关键词
