Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Weifuchun tablets combined with Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods Eighty CAG patients admitted to Dongxiang District People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets,while the observation group was treated with Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical effects,levels of gastrointestinal hormones[motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)],pepsin[pepsin Ⅰ(PGⅠ),pepsin Ⅱ(PGⅡ)],inflammatory factors,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syn-drome scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the ob-servation group(95.00%,38/40)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MTL and PGⅠ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of GAS,PGⅡ,TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion The combination of Weifuchun tablets and Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of CAG,which can improve clinical symptoms,significantly reduce inflamma-tory reactions,improve gastrointestinal hormones and serum pepsin levels,with good safety.关键词
