医共体背景下成都市某区基层医疗机构医疗服务质量评价
Evaluation of medical service quality of primary healthcare institutions in a District,Chengdu City in the context of medical communities

Abstract
Objective To analyze the evaluation results of annual medical service quality of 15 primary healthcare institutions in a District of Chengdu using the entropy weight TOPSIS method and the RSR method,to i-dentify key weaknesses,and to propose targeted improvement plans,so as to provide a basis for promoting the con-struction of county-level medical communities.Methods Data of medical service quality and safety assessment of the 15 primary healthcare institutions in the District for 2023 were collected and comprehensively evaluated using the entropy weight TOPSIS and RSR methods.Results The top three weights were for imaging/laboratory tests(X5,19.48％),internal medicine/surgery(X4,17.64％),and hospital-acquired infections(X8,16.23％).In terms of grading results,three healthcare institutions(H2,H1,H10)were in the excellent category(C value＞0.60,RSR＞0.783),and two(H14,H15)were in the poor category(C value＜0.35).Conclusions There is a significant gap in medical service quality among primary healthcare institutions in Longquanyi District,showing a three-tier"excellent-moderate-poor"differentiation.Insufficient imaging/laboratory test capabilities are the core bottleneck restricting the balanced development of county-level primary healthcare institutions.It is sug-gested that the government realize the sharing of regional resources and the integrated services of healthcare institu-tions within the medical alliance by building the"Five Major Centers"of the county-level medical communities.Although the research results are based on local standards,their key indicators are consistent with the orientation of national healthcare reform,providing practical reference for the construction of similar county-level medical com-munities.关键词
