Abstract
Objective To explore the value of Tongluo Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treating cerebral infarction convalescence of qi defi-ciency and blood stasis type.Methods Ninety-eight patients were randomly divided into a simple Western medicine and an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,with 49 cases in each group.The simple Western medicine group applied Western medicine and rehabilitation exercise program,and the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group applied Tongluo Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the simple Western medicine group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,and Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of NIHSS and TCM syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the score of FMA was higher than that before treatment,and the improve-ment of each score in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was more significant than that in the simple West-ern medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was 97.96%(48/49)higher than that of the simple Western medicine group(85.71%,42/49),and the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.24%(6/49)lower than that of the simple Western medicine group(28.57%,14/49)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the recovery period of cerebral infarction,the use of Tongluo Yiqi Huoxue decoction can effectively im-prove the TCM syndrome score,promote the recovery of nerve and motor functions,and enhance the treatment effect,and is worth ap-plying.关键词
