盾叶冠心宁联合常规西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效研究
Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Dunye Guanxinning Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treating Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dunye Guanxinning combined with conventional western medicine in treating coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 104 CHD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospective selected and assigned to the control group and study group according to different treatment approaches,and the propensity score matching(1:1)and Logistic regression were employed to balance the baseline data between the two groups,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Dunye Guanxinning in addition to the treatment given in the control group.The improvement of angina symptoms,carotid hemodynamic parameters,hemorheological parameters,serological markers,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the frequency of angina attacks,duration of angina,resistance index,plasma viscosity,platelet adhesion rate,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),interleukin-17(IL-17),follistatin-like protein 1(FSTL1),and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)decreased in both groups,with the study group showing lower values than the control group(P<0.05),and the mean flow velocity and intravascular diameter increased in both groups,with the study group showing higher values than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dunye Guanxinning combined with conventional western medicine for CHD can regulate blood lipids,exert anti-inflammatory effects,improve blood circulation,and provide myocardial protection,thereby effectively alleviating angina symptoms and controlling disease progression,without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
