热敏灸联合冲击波治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床观察
Thermal Sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Shock Wave in the Treatment of Lumbar and Dorsal Myofasciitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of thermal sensitive moxibustion combined with shock wave in the treatment for lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional shock wave therapy,while the observation group was given additional thermal sensitive moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate and the visual ana-logue scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment were observed in both groups,and the recurrence rate was followed up and ob-served 3 months later.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that of 73.33%(22/30)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.76%(1/21),which was significantly lower than that of 55.56%(5/9)in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of thermal sensitive moxibustion and shock wave therapy has a definite effect in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis.It can effectively alleviate patients'pain and reduce the recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
