手术联合口服中药治疗女性出口梗阻型便秘的有效性及安全性Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Surgery Combined with Oral Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Female Outlet Obstructive Constipation

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of surgery combined with oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of female outlet obstructive constipation(OOC)by meta-analysis.Methods Chinese and English databases were searched separately.Random-ized controlled trials(RCTs)that investigated surgery combined with Chinese medicine for treating OOC with Western medicine treat-ment as the control were selected as the research objects.The quality of the included studies was evaluated,and Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 6 studies were included,involving 484 patients.The heterogeneity test of the included literatures showed that χ²=5.62,P=0.35,I²=11%,RR=1.23,and 95%confidence interval(95%CI)was(1.14,1.33).Sensitiv-ity analysis indicated that publication bias was basically absent.Conclusion Surgery combined with Chinese medicine in the treat-ment of female OOC is better than Western medicine alone in the overall efficacy,and has less adverse reactions and a certain safety.However,due to the limitation of the quality and quantity of the included literatures,the above conclusions still need to be verified by more high-quality RCT tests,which is worthy of further research.关键词
