Abstract

Selecting typical waste to energy generation enterprise A and sludge to energy generation enterprise B,using a SUMMA tank sampling combined with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)/Flame Ionization Detector(FID)analysis method,108 Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)components are detected.The VOCs emission concentrations from the chimneys of enterprises A and B are 9.52 and 2.71 mg/m3,respectively,which are higher than those of traditional coal-fired power plants.The emission factor of waste incineration power generation is 0.014 g/kg waste,which is lower than the recommended value in the manual of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment,indicating that the existing emission inventory may overestimate the VOCs emissions of the waste incineration industry.The emission factor of sludge co-firing power generation is 0.012 g/kg standard coal,which is higher than that of coal-fired power plants after ultra-low emission transformation.Garbage incineration and sludge co-incineration mainly emit aromatic hydrocarbons,halogenated hydrocarbons,and oxygen-containing VOCs.After ultra-low emission transformation,limestone gypsum wet desulfurization can synergistically remove oxygen-containing VOCs through water washing,with an efficiency of up to 81.8%.
