摘要
Abstract
At present, there are core problems in the treatment of river discharge outlets, such as incomplete inspection, inaccurate measurement and unclear tracing.Taking the small watershed in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River(covering an area of 3 200 km2)as the research area,a full chain technical system of"investigation—monitoring—traceability"is constructed.Through a multidimensional investigation system(integrating satellite remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicles, ground verification, and underwater reconnaissance),the comprehensive identification of concealed sewage outlets is achieved, with an efficiency improvement of 6 000%compared to manual inspections.By real-time monitoring of the network(point line surface combination),high-frequency monitoring and dynamic response are achieved, and the data efficiency is improved to 98.2%.By coupling traceability models(integrating water quality, water quantity, isotopes, and machine learning),the traceability accuracy is improved to 93.8%,with a positioning deviation of no more than 50 m.Practical application has shown that this system significantly improves the compliance rate of sewage outlets and water environment quality, thus providing effective technical support for precise watershed management.关键词
