儒家人本主义视角下医学人工智能应用伦理风险研究
Research on the ethical risks of medical artificial intelligence applications from the perspective of Confucian humanism

Abstract
In the study of ethical risks associated with medical artificial intelligence(AI),excellent traditional cultural resources should be drawn upon,which not only conforms to the Chinese understanding logic,but also facilitates in-depth discussion of local ethical issues.Confucian humanism,with rich philosophical connotations,covers the concepts of the people-oriented,the doctrine of benevolence,and the unity of heaven and humanity,providing a unique analytical perspective to address ethical dilemmas in medical AI,such as technological instability,privacy breaches,and the lack of humanistic care.From the perspective of Confucian humanism,this paper examined the ethical risks in medical AI applications and proposed corresponding ethical countermeasures:adhering to the concept of"people-oriented"and establishing an ethical risk prevention and control system;upholding the essence of"benevolence"and taking seeking truth and goodness through technology as the core;as well as embracing the"unity of heaven and humanity"as a developmental goal,and taking the harmonious coexistence of humans and machines as the vision.The retrospective exploration of Confucian humanism in studying medical AI's ethical risks is not intended to hinder technological advancement,but to find a reasonable basis for it in theory;it is not about crudely setting prohibitions for medical AI applications but about establishing good ends and means for its use.关键词
