Abstract
The energy consumption of sintering process accounts for more than 10%of the total energy consumption in steel production,and the potential for waste heat resource recovery is enormous.Focusing on the technological path of waste heat flue gas recovery,its impact on CO2 emission reduction and energy optimization is analyzed.The use of exhaust gas circulation technology can effectively reduce solid fuel consumption,save more than 5%of energy in the process,reduce CO2 emissions by 6.50 kg per ton of sintered ore,and reduce total flue gas emissions by 20%.The driving technology of sintering waste heat energy recovery further improves energy efficiency through thermal power conversion,and its promotion and application are of great significance for promoting the low-carbon transformation of the steel industry.关键词
