智慧蔗田"空-天-地"协同智能监控系统设计与应用

摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems of insufficient monitoring accuracy,incomplete data coverage and low intelligence level in the construction of a digital management system for Guangxi's sugar cane industry,this study proposed and implemented a set of"air-sky-ground"integrated collaborative intelligent monitoring system based on drone remote sensing technology and deep learning methods.The system relies on the existing infrastructure of the tower base,combines drone autonomous airport aerial photography technology with artificial intelligence image segmentation algorithm,medium and high point video surveillance technology,Internet of Things sensing monitoring technology,etc.,to build a"perception-transmission-platform-application"four-layer architecture system,and integrates collaborative drone task management,orthophoto analysis,image segmentation and quantitative evaluation methods based on the improved U-Net model,and multi-terminal collaborative decision-making to build an integrated core monitoring function module.The overall system adopts B/S architecture,is designed separately from the front and back ends,and uses a distributed database to achieve efficient storage and access of large-scale collected data.The actual measurement results show that the coverage radius of single drone tower base monitoring and acquisition can reach 2.5 km(about 1963.5 hectares),covering a total area of about 30000 acres,and the error of automatic area calculation of sugarcane fields is controlled within 5%.The research results show that the system has outstanding performance in field identification accuracy,data visualization and agricultural management efficiency.This can provide data support for precise management of the entire process,all factors and all weather conditions of sugarcane field production,and promote the digitalization of Guangxi's sugar cane industry,with important application value and promotion prospect for intelligent construction.
